Một số phần cơ bản của bài thuyết trình tiếng Anh

Để có một bài thuyết trình tiếng Anh trơn tru, bạn cần phải chuẩn bị thật kỹ lưỡng. Quá trình chuẩn bị bao gồm việc chuẩn bị nội dung của bài thuyết trình, cách thuyết trình để truyền tải nội dung đó đến khán giả, để tạo ấn tượng với người nghe.

2. Bí quyết giúp bài thuyết trình tiếng Anh thành công

Điều đầu tiên chính là hãy chuẩn bị bài thuyết trình thật chu đáo từ nội dung đến tâm lý của bạn. Khi nắm vững chi tiết nội dung bài thuyết trình, điều này giúp bạn tự tin khi trình bày, tự tin khi trả lời câu hỏi của người nghe.

Một điểm đáng lưu ý nữa là giọng điệu. Hãy nhấn giọng nói của bạn khi cần gây sự chú ý cao đến người nghe, hoặc nhấn mạnh các điểm nổi bật cần lưu ý trong nội dung thuyết trình.

Ngôn ngữ cử chỉ là một phần không thể thiếu, giúp tạo nên sự thành công cho buổi thuyết trình của bạn. Chính vì thế, đừng quên tạo ấn tượng với người nghe bằng phong thái, trang phục và cử chỉ cơ thể của bạn.

Và cách làm tăng sự thành công của bài thuyết trình, đó là sự kết nối của bạn với người nghe. 3. Những lỗi sai cần tránh mà bạn cần lưu ý

Để giúp cho bài thuyết trình của bạn thành công, bạn nên lưu ý một số điều sau:

• Sử dụng từ ngữ dễ hiểu. Nếu bạn cần sử dụng từ chuyên ngành, hãy giải thích từ đó ra bằng các từ ngữ đơn giản, thông dụng.
• Bạn có trợ thủ đắc lực là Powerpoint, nó giúp bài thuyết trình của bạn trông chuyên nghiệp và lôi cuốn hơn với các thủ thuật trong đó. Nhưng hãy sắp xếp các slide theo trình tự phù hợp, màu chữ trong slide và phông nền cần hòa hợp và thể hiện rõ ràng. Điều cần tránh ở đây là bạn không nên nhìn slide đọc như máy móc. Điều này làm cho bài thuyết trình của bạn thất bại.
• Thời gian thuyết trình là có hạn, thế nên bạn cần chuẩn bị sẵn số lượng câu hỏi phù hợp với từng phần để trả lời. Vì khi có quá nhiều câu hỏi, bạn sẽ bị mất thời gian trình bày bài thuyết trình.
• Đừng sử dụng ngôn ngữ cơ thể quá nhiều hay dùng không có chủ đích. Việc này khiến cho phần thuyết trình của bạn trở nên lúng túng, gượng gạo.

Respected Managers and Dear Colleagues!
As the increasing threat of recession is looming over our heads, it has become necessary to talk about it at least amongst our fraternity. We all know that our co-employees are being laid off due to the scarcity of work and the dwindling financial condition of our organization. It’s a time that needs to be handled with utmost patience and ingenuity.

With the labor class, the situation is such that they have to constantly look for employment opportunities as they earn wages daily; hence they club themselves at a particular place to be able to obtain regular employment somewhere. In this precarious situation, sometimes they can find employment and sometimes not. But they have habituated themselves to survive in the latter condition even though it is frustrating at times for them too when they are unable to meet their basic requirements of food and clothing. The situation is quite similar for the city laborers also as they manage to get seasonal employment in some big farm or field, which helps them to survive.

As the population of literate people is growing day by day, the government is unable to accommodate them at the workplace. Already our educated youth is discontented with the incompetent wages given to them and the threat of unemployment leaves them even more frustrated. It is quite unfortunate that they are made to meander through the dark roads. Since they don’t possess any practical experience or technical expertise, they only end up looking for clerical jobs, which are not enough to accommodate the growing number of literate people.

But instead of increasing our frustration, we should think of combating this situation, maybe through generating self-employment opportunities and channeling our energy in that direction. In this manner, the grave problem of unemployment can be tackled to a great extent. That’s all I have to say. Thank you all for listening, it was a pleasure being here today.
